Terms and Conditions

  1. This offer entitles the purchaser of a qualifying Apple computer (defined below) bought simultaneously with a copy of MobileMe Retail Box or .Mac Retail box software (described below) between 22/04/2008 and 21/07/2008 inclusive, to one money-back rebate of up to £15 on MobileMe on each qualifying purchase. Products must be purchased at the same time and on the same invoice.
  2. The purchase of the Qualifying Products under this Promotion must be purchased simultaneously and on the same invoice, with one product being from category 1 listed below and the other from category 2 below, as follows:
    1. Any Mac Computer;
    2. MobileMe Retail Box or .Mac Retail Box
  3. Apple TV, iPhone and iPod touch do not qualify for this promotion.
  4. No product substitutions are permitted.
  5. Apple's MobileMe services are provided by Apple Inc. in English, French, German and Japanese.
  6. Used, refurbished or demonstration products are not qualifying products for the purposes of this offer.
  7. This offer is applicable to purchases made via Apple Authorised Resellers in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Mainland France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or the United Kingdom. The customer must be resident in their country of purchase.
  8. This offer is limited to five (5) rebates per household. The rebates cannot be substituted for any other Promotion, award or cash alternative.
  9. To redeem under this offer, Qualifying Customers must;
    1. Submit the claim online at www.apple.com/uk/promo; AND
    2. Post the printed online claim output with a proof-of-purchase consisting of a copy of Receipt or Invoice; AND
    3. Return the EAN Bar Code labels from the Apple product boxes with (i) and (ii) above. The EAN Bar Code labels must be cut from the product packaging so that the cardboard where the labels are attached is completely removed from the packaging. The EAN Bar Code labels must include part numbers with bar codes, and product descriptions.
  10. The envelope enclosing the completed original coupon or printed online claim output, copy of your proof-of-purchase and other relevant documents as defined herein must be posted to: Apple Rebates, P.O. Box 33, Ross-On-Wye, HR9 7WA, United Kingdom
  11. The envelope enclosing everything specified under clause 9 above must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date.
  12. This offer is limited to one MobileMe rebate per qualifying Mac computer purchased.
  13. Purchases made without simultaneously purchasing MobileMe will not be honoured retrospectively.
  14. Use of MobileMe services and the software included with MobileMe is subject to acceptance of MobileMe terms and conditions and the software licence presented at installation.
  15. This offer is open to end-user customers only. Apple Dealers, Resellers, Retailers or Distributors, or companies engaged in the leasing or hiring of Apple equipment, the directors or employees of such companies or their relatives, are not eligible for this offer.
  16. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  17. Items purchased as a bundle cannot be returned separately except as permitted by law.
  18. Submitted coupons or printed online claim outputs may not be altered or falsified. Duplicate or incomplete coupons will not be honoured.
  19. Apple reserves the right to end or change the Terms and Conditions of this offer at any time, or to substitute other premiums of equal or greater value without notice.
  20. This offer is valid only while supplies last.
  21. Local sales tax, VAT, and any other applicable taxes and levies will apply to all purchases and shall be payable by the end-user customer.
  22. This offer may be combined with other Apple Promotional offers.
  23. Please keep copies of these Terms and Conditions, your EAN Bar Code Labels and your Proof of Purchase documents for your records.
